Please Note: Important accessibility information: London taxis can usually seat up to 5 ambulant passengers in the rear cabin, but when carrying a wheelchair user this is normally reduced to the wheelchair user plus 2 rear passengers. If the taxi has a front passenger seat, capacity may increase to the wheelchair user plus 3 passengers.

Not all wheelchairs will fit in the available space. Please check suitability with the service provider before making a firm booking and allow extra time in the itinerary for safe boarding and disembarking.

Wheelchair users must wear the taxi seat belt provided, and the wheelchair must be secured using the restraint straps supplied during the journey.
